No DAB i'm afraid. The word 'Digital' refers only to the quartz tuning on analogue radio.

Could anybody possibly tell me if 09 plate autos were fitted with DPF's? Am I right in thinking that the tax band is the give away? I've finally found a HSE auto but don't want dpf. The road tax is 280/year.

I found this today, don't know if it helps but on the VIN number, the 8th digit will be an A, B or C. A = 3.2l engine, B = 2.2 diesel, C = 2.2l diesel with DPF Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Just thinking that the workshop manual I got is for 2010 models, I wonder if the SD4 engines and the 150 bhp engines are given D and E letters on the vin? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Laughing to your W/M comment
The 8th digit has been mentioned before and like you I have read it to be either 'A, B or C' and then mine reads 'E', didn't make sense then and now.
As originally replied in the second post, his car would only have a DPF for that model year if chosen as an option (high unlikely) or if the car was an export model, and it would be quicker to look underneath the car. Thumbs Up
