All these caravans could lead to freel2 caravan meet

I have been a member of The Caravan Club for 35+ years and as this is the last year I will be running a caravan rally for the Cheshire Agricultural Show after 30 years I would consider running a caravan meet for the forum next year but would need to know what type of site and area members would like to visit so questions as follows and can I request npink to create a vote on these.

1-Fully serviced commercial site (IMHO expensive)
2-Caravan Club serviced site (IMHO better value)
3-Caravan Club non-serviced site i.e. not loo block but most have electric hook ups.
4-Caravan Rally i.e. I would have to ask the Cheshire Centre of The Caravan Club to be the host on a non serviced rally field (which does not have to be in Cheshire) but would need an early decision by members.

This then brings us on to the question of where an for how many nights?
1-England, Scotland, Deepest Wales or maybe even Yorkshire.

Lets have your initial thoughts and then I will let you know if I think it is feasible.

England 2011 Freelander 2 TD4_e XS Manual Zermatt Silver

Hopefully my nutmeg and hymey. Nutmeg being the cars name and the caravan is the other one, the hymer is a 530kzg it has a garage in the front, accessed from a side door , brill for loading all the gear in, all the aqua rolls, cables, I pop the awning in there and the poles under the side bed, table, Barbie stuff, with a bit of shuffling I get the nose at 100kg and away we go,

It has a kids end, with 2 fixed fully sprung beds nearly 7ft long, a nice little side seat with swivel table means kids can please the, selves when the get up and can have breakfast etc without having to pack beds up.

It's sat on the drive not been out in it this year yet.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Here's mine :-

The first is our first van, a 2004 Coachman Amara 500/5.

Owned from new, August 2004 to April 2006. The Zafira was a cracking tow car, but very thirsty and not much front wheel grip Wink Wink

We then sold this and bought another new Coachman. This time a 520/4. Owned new from April 2006 to January 2013.

The Land Rover has changed a lot since this picture was taken back in 2009!

Then at the Caravan show in October last year, we ordered this :-

A 2013 Coachman Amara 580/5 with ATC. It was built in December and we collected in Jan this year.

This should keep us going for a while! Glad we don't keep it on the drive all the time though! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
