I've just had mine TDS e remapped from 160bhp to 190bhp in Hinckley wow what a difference only problem is, is that the stop start and gear change indicator has been disabled anyone know how to re-enable without remapping it back to its original condition ???

I did, and also got LR technician to have a look. They have both told me the stop start function works only if all of the engine parameters are aligned in the ecu map. I was just curious to find out if anyone else has had the same issue, I can live with the start stop not working now I have improve performance, I will get it remapped to standard when I sell it.

There is a few threads on it not working, things like battery been low, air con been on, maybe the ecu upload drained the battery, but I don't think it would explain the change up indicator not working though

Not heard of it been effected by a remap before though Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I had mine booked in for the Autologic remap a few weeks ago however they are struggling to get their map to retain stop-start function so haven't yet had it installed. I am going to investigate Superchips systems and if that retains the stop-start then will go for that. eh tu?

my friend has the superchips blufin and the stop start works fine, must say the difference is amazing,he never boots it in first but second and third is awesome and 6th becomes a useable gear on the motorway,he says there seems to be no increase in mpg though
