One bonus is that Apple do a student discount and on the tyres front, I live on a main road which is a priority gritting route so as things stand I am leaning towards the iPad. The iPad 5 is likely due in the autumn so if they are announced in the summer, I might reserve one (credit card naturally). LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Winter tires, then when you don't slide into a hedge you can use the insurance excess money saved to buy an iPad... Freelander 2, 2014 Dynamic SD4 Santorini Black |

The iPad 3 is retina display - same as the 4. I think retina is great but you'd e be surprised how many people can't tell the difference even when side by side!? We have a 2 and a 3 in the house currently.
