Compatible mobiles

FYI

Nokia 6230i with software version 3.40 (23-05-05) works fine with FL2

Any other experiences?

I'm test driving tomorrow and will check out my Sony Ericsson K750i - the list says this is not compatible. The sales guy has an Sony Ericsson W800i, which is supposed to be okay. If this is the case, then it is possible to flash upgrade a 750i to a W800i as they are basically the same phone, just running different operating systems. I'll post my findings tomorrow.

Hmmmm.

Tried to flash upgrade my K750I to a W800i (using SEUniverse.com) , but found out that my specific phone is running a version of the operating system which doesn't yet have a flash upgrade path.

Has anyone managed to get a Sony Ericsson w950i to work (it's not in the list from LR yet) ?

Thanks

BG

The Samsung D600 is not on the approved list but works OK in my XS (fitted with phone controls on the steering wheel but without SatNav).
I can make and receive calls from the car but have not been able to upload the phonebook.
I am reasonably happy with that and will not be changing my mobile to one on the compatible list.

Nokia 6021 works perfectly. No luck with my Palm 650 though. Jonathan

Interestingly enough, just before the car gives up trying to connect the palm flashes up a dialogue box saying something about trying to connect. Not been able to read it properly. I thought there might be something on the palm I could update but I am as up to date as possible! Jonathan

Portugal 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

Hi all.
I'm from Portugal and I'm expecting my FL2 TD4 HSE with SAT NAV and PTI. It will arrive by the end o March.

But I have a question:
The Nokia 6111 works on this car? I mean, with all the functions available on the PTI: pairing, download contacts and last calls.

Thanks.
