I saw a couple of programmes on the build-up to this, and as Dan says all respect to them. Seeing how they managed their disabilities whilst working on the car was amazing, as was the obvious way in which this was helping with the psychological effects of their injuries. All credit to them, and to various similar projects such as the march to the pole.

I watched it on Wed, set the video to record part 2 later.

I watched it, its a fantastic race, which I have often kept an eye on it

But this time round, I kept up to date with the race4recovery lads and lassies via Facebook and their twitter feeds, this program's just the final part of my puzzle
