That sounds nice and easy to solve to me. If the fault was pre-existing, then that one's down to the dealer |

The Vauxhall dealer has a problem...simples, Make sure you get all the details from the warranty company, their evidence will help.

I concur with the lads, but, be prepared to have your patience well and truly tested by the supplying dealer.

Thanks for all your replies. I will definitely give the dealer a call. The one bright spark was the replacement of the haldex pressure senor cured the transmission fault issue. |

You have rights against the dealer and if you used credit card to pay deposit or finance you can hold them jointly responsible |

Looking through his posts, he's only posted 4 times - one reply to each of the two threads he's started asking for help with a problem he had with his FL. Might not hear from him again until his next problem. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Happen all too often, people come along asking for help but don't have the courtesy to say thank you or provide an outcome |

I'd noticed that on the d3 forum as well, been on there 4 yrs, for me it's a matter of curtesy, if someone helps by posting why not give feed back. There is a good chance that it may help someone further down the line. |

Really irritating, we have a member on here since 2007 albeit with only about 160 posts, but he starts a thread with a question and we all reply but he doesn't bother to answer in that thread anymore |

I find it a bit off when someones first post is asking for help with their car. Not even a 'Hello' sometimes. |
