You could try intermittent fasting. Worked well for the bloke on the telly.

this is the way I was thinking/hoping Steve, but the doctor seems to be pushing the statin a bit. I certainly have always drunk a fair bit of coffee, didn't realise it could raise my Cholesterol ? Iain |

Hmmm - coffee? I drink vast amounts of it - that was never mentioned by the GP.
