It's a good result for the FL2 engines, my two previous Xtrails were a little thirsty and required monthly top ups but nothing like some of my older cars that required a 5 litre can to be carried at all times.

I too have a small collection of 1lt bottles of oil, don't seem to get any left with the car after services anymore.

Yes and No The poll asks about 'consumption' not 'is there a need to fill up', if it has dropped from the 'max' to 'min' then it has consumed the oil. |
