Boot Power Socket

Can anyone tell me what side of the boot the Aux Power Socket is located (I have a 2007 GS model which doesn't have one as standard). Going to fit one this weekend to power a hand held work light (ref my post on 'Fitting a Worklight' a few weeks ago).
I don't suppose the wiring will be installed for this on a 2007 will it? From what I can see it's a staightforward 12V live battery feed from the rear fusebox (Fuse FB10 - 15 Amp).
Thanks.

Can anyone tell me how to get the LH load compartment plastic trim panel off?

I just want to take another feed off the back of the 12v socket to leave the plug-in available as well Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

Boot Power Socket

Even when fitted not always connected even on new ones ...in my case had to get dealer to connect the wires at back of socket seems someone forgot during the build stage ...!! hope everything else is ("plugged in " ) so far so good .

P.S my advise do not run anything that will draw more than about 5 amps from that socket ....!!
