Now I drive a forklift at work and ive got a can of chain lube, same stuff? Might make a mess, i'll use wd40 or silicon? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Trouble with silicon is that it doesn't really work as a metal to metal lubricant & WD40 just disappears after a short period. Chain lube that I use doesn't drip and does not attract dirt and its designed to creep as a lubricant so it gets into the parts that need lubricating. |

Finish Line dry chain lube. Goes on wet and carries teflon into the hinge then dries. |
