I've also changed all of my interior lights to LED's and it's much brighter now |

I'd rather go the other way, and be able to turn off everything but the main instrument lighting!

Over the weekend I fitted a 20 led strip light to the roof in the luggage area and wired it into the side courtesy light, it was very simple to do and took about an hour - for someone not technically minded or competent I amazed myself. It makes a tremendous difference when I open the tailgate. I needed this for when I go night fishing and got sick trying to find things in the gloom. Got the light from The Bay - cost about £13 + a bit of wire and some connectors. Tony |

Taz, just the ticket mate, exactly what I was looking for.. I dont have a sunroof, so I will need to find another live up there, but its exactly what I am trying to achieve : )

I was just waiting for someone to say that - I knew it would be coming! You're not wrong, of course, but this one did actually have a switch for it. |

Skoda Superb I have owned had two small red LEDs installed next to map reading light giving you interesting atmosphere as beeing inside a submarine ....probably not difficult to retrofit to any car |

no the alfa switch was really for the electric windows but in reality all it did was cut the lights At work
