Sorry to interupt the flow on this slightly, but I've used estate cars as business load carriers for 3 decades and (with the exception of my old Citroen XM estates - the best estate car ever built, bar none!), these are hugely practical load carriers. Their biggest advantages are the the square nature of the load space and height that is no longer available in any conventional estate car (MPV's and micro MPV's excluded). Its suspension is also remarkable well adapted to heavy loads. I'm not sure why it's getting such a hard time here |

....yes I know that Doc, but it always catches me out and irritates me that I should have to opt out each journey to something I would never have chosen to opt into!
