sounds like its going to have to do a large update, from 2006 to 2012-13 on the software

Thanks for that info. But the sat nav has been like that for several weeks now and it still sits there with the button greyed out ( well, with a line across it barring access ). |

i believe they say a long drive is required, and this sorted other whose update jammed
