I had EBC Green Stuff on my old F1 with vented discs and they always pulled up really well.

The snag with all this is that I don't think you will find that LR manufacture their own brake pads but buy them in from suppliers one of which may be Delphi. After trying a number of well known brake part manufacturers I have taken to using Pagid discs and pads. They are a German company who are OE suppliers to some well known German car manufacturers and I have found their products to be well made and reasonably priced. You can get their stuff at :-

Took a look at my brake pads today and they have galfer stamped on them so LR don't make their own. Galfer make motor bike brakes according to their website????!! Delphi it is then as they are 75 notes cheaper. |

Delphi were an OEM supplier to BMW for various parts e.g. shocks but, to my knowledge, not for brake pads. As someone above said, pagid are highly rated and OEM to a lot of companies but were dumped by BMW a few years back !! FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

I've used Pagid (O.E quality). Fitted front discs & pads on my Astra, very pleased with quality. Pads front & back around £65 + fitting for FL 2. I'd be happy to use them on my FR2. Would prob change discs too, when I chnge mine. Bought them from this company:- http://www.carparts4less.co.uk/ Landy has now gone. Last edited by Boroboy on 23rd Sep 2012 7:38 pm.
