On this thread I indicated that I was looking to order a MY13 Freelander. I have already had a couple of emails from dealers interested in my business.

I've got an 09 plate that I'd be interested in trading in for a MY13 soonish. However, I fear that the gap between my XS and a replacement is too great. LR are pushing prices very hard and seem to be still able to make sales. New: Freelander2 GS 62 plate (MY13) - Santorini Black with Clearview & Front PDC

That's a very valid point. Land Rover are getting very brave on their pricing with the Freelander; this is likely to be the biggest problem in going for another one when mine comes up for renewal in 18 months. |

I agree but I will push my budget for a MY13. I have an HSE but will only be able to afford at a push the XS.

My local dealer has said the cars should be in the showroom next month and they are taking orders already as they have the spec's to work out the costs
