That is contary to what the handbook says, is states that if it senses a window or sunroof open it will not set that part of the alarm |

Just been checking the alarm again. On 1st and 2nd press of the fob,the alarm is working, opened the bonnet and in both alarm modes it go's off it's just not detecting movement or I'm doing something wrong in checking for movement. |

Don't have a problem at all with the single or double lock security features on her Ladyship's FL2. They have never worked in accordance with the Owner's Manual since day one.

Did anyone see watchdog last night, looks like the BMW cars from 2006 to 2011 have a worst security system than Land Rover. You don't even need to have the owners keys to take it. |

I think your right snowy22255. if you read this post that I started I found my alarm is not working as it should from having a broken window plus a couple of others have reported this fault.

I'd try that using my sister in law, however her mouth wouldnt stop flapping and she would be unable to lift her fat arse of the sofa and walk to the car At work

I can't double lock mine and leave the dog in it to pop in a shop quickly otherwise it will go off. Everytime. Single lock, no problems leaving the dog in there. |
