Would this be covered under the paint work warranty?

I think I'll clean under the bonnet before i take it to the dealers to ask, as last time they said another area was dirty Rolling Eyes

wash the top, but very rarely wash inside the bonnet, but i'll clean it over the week end and see what Lr have to say, either on the paint warranty or the LR extended warranty

I remember after my Disco had a replacement front wing it showed similar rust spots after about a year.

Haven't checked for this car but usually the warranty covers PERFORATION. So you have to have a hole in the bodywork to qualify. Check the small print.

I seem to recall something about it saying it has to rust inside to out

So whats the best way to deal with spot rust, chemical treatments that removes rust, then prime and paint Question

Or just paint over it Question

Guessing that LR will say no cover anyway
