Im sure you would have attracted more interest from the sales staff if you were looking at the Range Rover or Range Rover Sport... Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

I have used Colchester lookers now for 3 years and have been unable to fault the sales or service team. It looks like I am one of the lucky ones as you here many horror stories about the dealerships. |

Makes no difference. I got better service buying a £3.00 bag of screws on the way home from collecting it. If they don't talk to me they don't know if I want a freelander or ranger rover |

customer service has gone out of the window nowadays, when I go to the local DIY store I have to use the express 'self serve; checkout - you dont even get a cashier anymore to smile at you as they take your money. |

They probably want you off the forecourt as quick as possible in case there's a raid |

I had the same problem at the old Chester dealers. They are now hunters, totally ignored and sales staff disinterested..So i went and got a car from hunters in Southampton and the service was a breath of fresh air..Spending the sort of money we do you would expect better service if they want to keep the customer.. |
