2009 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Zermatt Silver
Roof cross bars

My roof crossbars whistle, I know this is common, does anyone whats the best position to place them to combat this.

+1 on what Dunkley said, but if you must have them on the vehicle, make sure that the rubber inserts are in, and place as far back as possible when you are not using them.

Most FL2 whistles and rattles etc have been documented on the web site's database - just try using the "search" function tab at the top-of-page. Persevere and it normally reveals a solution to these common issues. Thumbs Up

4por4, Land Rover do not sell them...well not in over here.

We got a set from our local Volvo dealer at about £15 for the pair.
