Well they have been on for a week now, nearly 800 miles, no issues, no contact with body, struts etc
Only slightly noisier, and great in the mud.
No spacers needed.

Forgot to say they are the AT tyres.

I had General Grabber UHP's on my Touareg which I found very satisfactory and were excellent in the deep snow we experienced in our neck of the woods during previous winters. Having swopped from the Touareg to my FL2, I had intended to fit Grabber UHP's again when tyre replacement became necessary. Thanks for your input. Lets us know how you get on with them. On the subject of tyres has anybody had any experiences, good or bad, with Event Tyres? I should add that I have no connection with the company.

I had two sets of UHP's on my touareg and like the op plan to put them onto my FL2 in time for the winter. On both occasions I used event tyres and they proved not only very competitive but add in the convenience of them coming to me at home I can't recommend them highly enough. (I too have no connections to them or anybody who works for them...)

I also had a Touareg and had the same tyres fitted. I used EVENT tyres and can recommend them. I ordered them online and they turned up on time at my house, went round each wheel checking for alloy wheel state etc and reporting damage bad repairs etc..... very pleased overall. Only had to pay after tyres were fitted.
