Noooo! When I bought my new 2007 defender it came with transporter damage. Which was repaired without a problem, but the dealer kindly provided me with 2 free services and a range rover courtesy car while it was being repaired! |

The dealer has two types of ramp - one has arms with rubber pads that swing under jacking points

Muddy, you need to decide what action you want the dealer to take, and then try to negotiate with them. Remember that if you sell the car you are supposed to disclose whether it's had an accident. Your insurance might also be concerned, although if it's being repaired by a LR dealer probably not.

I suggest you just get a straight swap for the Vogue and agreeing not to go to the papers.! Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own! |
