Hi, I did a half day one a few years ago. They start by sitting you in a class room with others on the same course and telling you all about the car and what it can do and how good thier cars are etc etc. "boring bit"
Finally you get to go out with an instructor with you, part on road and the rest off road which is the best part.
I went round a woodland course going through woodlands, water holes, up and down hills using all the cars fuctions " special programs"
Was a lot of fun and really shows you what the car can do on standard road tyres, well worth a go if nothing more than to give you some confidance in the cars abillities, go for it mate Thumbs Up

Mr Crabtree, go to Coniston Cold near Skipton, the 1/2 day LR Dealer freebie is brilliant. best when you book it to name yourself and 2 passengers so you don not get put on a "shared booking" a nice drive around the Dales and then some decent testing off road circuits with a few "toys" built in like descending a steep hill with conveyor rollers set in it Thumbs Up 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . Best Car I ever owned !

Moved to Luton Hoo early last year I believe.
I also did Milton Keynes which was very good and Rockingham Castle, which was better.

The 1/2 day vouchers on e-bay are the ones that LR dealers give free to customers who have bought, or who may potentialy buy a car. If you bought your car from a LR dealer just go ask him for a voucher and you may be lucky, we got one when we bought the ( used) car last year, I've just got another from our Fleet manager at work as the Local LR dealer is trying to make inroads into our fleet of mainly Audi and BMW so is encouraging us to try the new Ewok. the phone up and book price is about £250 I think. Still if you end up buying one at £80 that is a bargain, and Coniston Cold is a beautifull country estate, ( owned by the Boundary Mill people) which has on site the LR experience, a very good shooting ground ( where a few of us are going next weekend) a nice trout fishery, and a falconery centre all grouped around a country house hotel and restaurant. 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

When I booked my complimentary Off Road voucher the centre cross checked it to who it had been allocated to, wouldn't want to pay for something then find that they wont accept it as it was allocated to someone else. Thumbs Up

I would echo AD753568868575668668686 comment, when I booked they were surprised at my address and the fact it came from a London dealer.
The scrotes selling them on eBay will ultimately spoil it and LR will pull them or make it very difficult.
