I couldn't get in at Coniston any day on W/C 04.06 or 11.06. Hopefully you will have better luck.

I would recommend the experience centre in Cheshire at Peckforton Castle. It is based in a forest so quite a lot of different types of terrain for you to drive through.

Unlike some of the centres Rockingham is open at weekends and I thibk it still has some availability in the next couple of weeks. It is always worth contacting the LRE centres directly to check on the latest availability and whether or not they can accept more bookings before confirming with LR Admin.

England 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

My dealer gave me a voucher when I collected the car. I booked a Freelander at Luton Hoo but the day before they rang to say it was unserviceable (front wheel bearing). They offered me the Defender 110 instead with an offer to go back another day to drive the Freelander FOC as it were.

I took a mate with me & we had a blast in the 110 - the instructor kept saying things like "Your Freelander could do this" and sometimes "Your Freelander can't do this" Laughing It was just a pity we picked a dry spell (the only dry spell all year?) so there was very little mud.

Anyway, we are going back at the end of November to drive the Freelander 2. I'll let you know how I get on.

I have another voucher too, LR refused to book it for me, only allowed 1 per person per year, so it's in my sons name Rolling Eyes

Might try RRS or Disco, despite its transit experience its strangely getting more attention when i see one, new FFRR is stuff of dreams so can't see any point.

"only allowed 1 per person per year"

Didn't know that. I've had two goes in 2012, one following purchase of the car and one after its first service. Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto
Tricia's - 2006 Royal Blue Beetle Cabriolet Auto
Mine - 2014 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport Matt Black
Ours - 2007 White Bailey Pageant Champagne

I have had two this year, maybe it is a policy they don't enforce? Letting the second trip go but this would have been three, they suggested to simply register a different name and all would be well, computer wouldn't let her override the lockout.

Setting off now, I may come back having been turned Laughing
