235/65 17 Grabber ATs

Hi all
Sorry if this is covered in a topic somewhere - I've looked and couldn't find exactly what I wanted to ask, so here goes!
Does anyone have Grabber ATs fitted (my wheel size is 235/65 17 so I can't get AT2s)?
I've been given a pretty good offer for a set of 4 and am thinking about replacing my Grabber UHPs with ATs.
If so, can you tell me what the road noise levels are like - and anything about grip/handling etc?
Thanks, in anticipation!

Very good tyre. No road noise IMHO. Very good in mud and on roads

At2 has been discontinued I believe

I think I have done 25,000 and they have about 3mm left on them. But I do drive very enthusiastically

England

i've had them on over 12 mths too, only a very slight increase in road noise, really nothing to worry about and no issues whatsoever with handling or fuel consumption, they must disperse water alot better than the conti's i had on because the FL2 feels more planted when hitting standing water.
I will be buying them again unless BF Goodrich start to sell A/T's in my size!

Would I be correct in assuming they start with a lot of tread depth too? Maybe more than normal tyres?

Thanks guys. Just fitted them and you're right about no noticeable change in noise or handling.

As a further update....I've just driven about 60 miles on a mixture of motorway, A road and country roads and the Grabber ATs are, on some surfaces, even quieter than my previous tyres and the car does feel a little more stable if anything. I'd recommend them to anyone thinking of changing tyres!

I planned on fitting some Grabber AT's last Nov but I couldn't get hold of them anywhere so had to settle for Cooper Discovery ATR's.

Has the Grabber tyre made a differance to your MPG as mine dropped 2 MPG after fitting them.

put a set of grabber at,s on my previous freelander 2 got them christmas week last year, only slight bit of extra road noise as against the continentals.
Much better grip in snow, and on wet grass, when rounding up the sheep..!!
