I've just bought myself a bottle of 2T - going to add 250ml to a tank full (just as I'm about to fill up that is)

Used it before - then changed to Shell V-Power - changing to ordinary Shell + 2T Thumbs Up 2002 Honda VFR800

doing some price checks on 2t oil

Castrol ACTEVO 2t from Asda 1L £5.00
Amazon 1L £10.42

is this oil suitable for use in the diesel fuel, and if so, go and get it before they change the price.

cheers

The cheaper the better Jim - I get mine from various budget outlets (the type of stores that sell practically anything at knock down prices) I think I paid £4.00 a litre last time Thumbs Up Cheers,

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Baltic Blue

My neighbour has a Chrysler Voyager 2.9CRD and its always for years knocked its head off cold ! when he drives up the road its always nang nang nang nang !! However I suggested TSO & he said his workshop supervisor had also been on at him for years to try it so he has ! Amazing its stopped knocking within a week ! so why is it so good ? Thumbs Up

Does anyone know where I can buy green TSO, red is a bit suspect if having my tank dipped !

Comma green TSO is available from Amazon or indeed many other places!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Comma-TST600M-600m...amp;sr=8-4

Although red TSO is not a problem regards "dipping" as they are interested in the content rather than the colour. I think you will find that some proprietary diesel additives are red. John

300ml of 2 Stroke in 68 litres of Derv will make little or no difference to the colour, anyway the road side lab test will clear any suspicions.

Don't forget for those who want to use it:
The Comma link above is TSO for NON DPF cars only, it is JASO FB.
for anyone with the dreaded DPF, use JASO FC.

Thumbs Up
For those looking for JASO FC oil (DPF cars) our Sponsor 'Opie Oils' is doing Castrol at a good price.

After reading all 1.5 million posts on this topic I have only been using JASO FC (as in the one linked to Opie Oils)

Decided I preferred the lower output - trying to be a little better for the environment Smile

Is there any other difference between FC and FB other than soot level?????? 2002 Honda VFR800
