Hi all,
I'm guessing the downside is that you cannot access the boot unless you remove it though? Cheers, Mike '08 Freelander 2 HSE in Stornoway Grey Premium, Climate and Clear View packs. |

I don't think my collie would approve of that; I'm not sure how long he's going to be able to cross his legs for.... |

you come from Halifax yet moan about the sheep, "by heck, what has wool ever done for us?" I might just add that my farm trailer, tandem axle 'indispension' is in full working order, excellent brakes and the number plate even matches the tow vehicle. The behaviour of a few woolly back hill farmers isnt a judge of general farm behaviour, probably Lancastrians who got lost ![]() ![]() At home ![]() "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

They are standard Thule roof bars, with the basic square section roof bar. I would pay the extra for the oval section bar if I were buying again.

Thats excellent, as you say, paying the extra always makes sense as there is plenty of rubbish out there and Thule are very highly regarded.

Hi Tigger do you still have that roof box? Im 6 months into ownership of my FL2 and im trying to decide which roof box to buy, i saw your picture and Wondered can it be adjusted so it sits further back on the roof? Yours looks to far forward compared to the landrover fitting of the OEM box. FL2 HSE SD4, black, privacy glass, spoiler, 19' diamond cut alloys. |

Thule Boxes are not only very good but they support one of the schools taking part in the Greenpower Racing championship which help schools to encourage pupils to study all types of engineering. www.greenpower.co.uk/racing
