A couple of features I've found on my first evening with the new car ......

1) The headlamp level control adjusts both the main and dipped beams.

2) Having two teenage daughters the vanity mirrors get used a lot! On my previous car the vanity mirrors automatically illuminated when the cover was raised ... lifted the cover on the FL2 vanity mirror ... no lights ... then noticed there is an additional light built into the headlining which is only revealed when the sun visor is lowered. It's not automatic but works very well. For various reasons I often have to write in the car, this additional light helps provide extra light in the cabin ... nice touch ...

3) Had two brief test drives in HSE's and noted they had auto (downward) adjustment on the door mirrors when reverse gear was selected, I was told this is standard, but it is not on my car; searching the options list I can't find any mention of this feature ...

4) Standard sound system OK, but nothing to write home about, probably falls short of what I've been used to in my £16k Mazda, will contact audio specialist see if possible to improve. No upgrade option on the FL2 list, other than getting XS model.

5) Without the factory fit SatNav there is a little cubby-hole where the screen should be, this is not quite big enough for my TomTomGo to fit into. hmmm .
