yes when you switch it off you sometimes get various sounds coming from the engine bay.

for the boot I used a length of belt,(trouser belt) fastened to the boot with rubber expanding bolts (from ebay called ducati bolts apparently used to hold the fairings on motor bikes

This is a first, a Farmer who makes a modification and does not use Bale Twine and I knew a Farmer who refused to spend money on unnessacery items such as a belt and always used Bale Twine instead to hold his trousers up. |

CG I've got loads of them ![]() The fairings come off at least 3 or 4 times a year to facilitate a good clean n servicing and on those Rawnut plugs the brass threaded inserts sometime cease and the the rubber tears itself away. So I always have a box of'em handy. |
