I'd just buy a length of threaded bar and screw your top cap and spinner on . B&Q should do it. |

I Guess from the picture it is M8 but hey that's only a guess, but check the diameter near enough as follows 1/4 = M6 5/16" = M8 3/8" = M10 or just take the nut spinner with you to Home Depot or similar 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership 2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . I heard somwhere you cant just use a length of threaded rod as if you look closely it's actually a double helix thread, not usually available from your a hardware shop. Also the boot floor support is not screwed on but a press and glue fit to a spade end I think. |

Nah, SE trim. Gasoline model with the 3.2 Volvo I6. I wish I could've gotten the diesel this side of the pond, save for Q106 and related gearbox issues. In our models we got a subwoofer to the right of the spare tire, near the forward section of the trunk/boot. This was with the 11 speaker Alpine stereo. Did you guys get that stereo too, or a different model? Sometimes the NA models have different stereos so the satellite radio subscription service can be built in. When I looked at it closely it appeared this way. There is nothing bolting it onto the truck. I may as well just order the "official" part, given its very low price. Even if they have to ship it from the UK, it's not as if it's of vital importance and needed ASAP. |
