Should that be options or did you tell sheila's wheels that in your view the factory wasn't quite up to scratch? Laughing LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

I'm 30 now, 6 years NCB, no accidents or points etc.

Year 1 insurance was around £620

Year 2 insurance was around £760

Year 3 insurance (this month) was.............£1350 !!!!!!!!!!

WTF ???

Cheapest I could get it down to was just over £900, its plain stupid.

Ended up dropping my misses from the insurance (who is older & has more driving experience than me - plus more NCB) & adding my Dad !! Dropped to £830, which is still more than last year Sad

Moved now from AXA to Zurich

last september i put a post on here about insurance costs with nfu and others and was basicly laughed at people saying it was my post code i did warn of serious increaces in premiums i think that as well as yearly increces go ,also how good a year the insurance company has done in the last year if its had a bad year then premiums will go up to try and recover costs as well as fraudulant claims Thumbs Up rainy-city

Should've stayed in this country. I've been to Zurich - driving standards are appalling. No wonder the premiums are so high Laughing

All joking aside, premiums are nuts at the moment Freelander 1 TD4 HSE - gone, 2 weeks after the Cat.Converter!
