Thanks Egipp, I thought that might be the case, but am torn between having the look of the 19 inch shadows and the practicality of having tyres that will be more use when doing the very occasional bit of off-road work...(not to mention cost savings of not having to replace 19 inch tyres.)

Hi Jimmy I know how you feel! I was told I needed to replace my tires about 10k km ago because they are unevenly worn on the outer sides but they are fine in the middle and good for at least another 10k km (I'm on 39k km now) I've also taken my Freely into some serious off road with those tyres and the managed to get me through ( it's more the TR and the vehicle than the tyres) but I did suffer some cuts into the sidewall on one tyre so I definately need to find replacements. That's why I wanted to know I you'd tried the lager tyre yet. Cheers |
