landrover put the new modified sensors on but when it,s cold or when it,s rains they stay on landrover customer care are involved so my wife my tells me so waiting to here of them but if anybody can suggest anything i would be greatful many thanks. |

as far as i know the official tech repair is not to renew sensors but to pack sensor connections/ plugs with petrolium jelly or vasaliene to you and me just had mine done all seems to be ok now |

mine have always played up in the wet weather, I've just accepted it as they seem to be ok otherwise.

thanks bigalf, but it's never really bothered me that much. are the plugs/connections easy to get at ? may have a look myself and apply the vaseline. Iain |

Anyone direct me to (or show me) a display of the wiring diagram for the Park Aid ECU located in the load space area left side behind the black plastic trim panel - beneath rear side window. LR technical document anyone? I want to see what that ECU looks like. |

I jet wash mine and sensors have never given any trouble even in the wet weather, the only time they went off when they werent supposed to was traced to a squashed fly on one of the front sensors. |

Mine play up occasionally. I just give them a good clean, and then drench them in a silicone spray. They then behave for a few months. Then I repeat the process! 1998 300TDi Auto Disco, never to be forgotten.
