Romania 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Stornoway Grey

Ok . Am sunat la Land Rover (buc) si m-au sfatuit sa iau anvelope pe 70 in loc de 75 ; deci am comandat michelin 4x4 alpin 215/70R16 ; am o eroare de -2.9% . inacceptabil dar e un compromis minor (sper) pana la urma .

Daca se permit abateri de la dimensiunea standard, eu as fi vazut daca incape (dar mai mult ca sigur ca incapea) si as fi luat 235/70/16.
E (cam) acelasi diametru ca celelalte.
E 0.9% in plus fata de 215/75/16, dar si cauciucul e mai moale si overall ar fi fost cam acelasi diametru.
Si -0.2% fata de 235/65/17. Deci, undeva la mijloc.
Prin incape ma refer la distanta dintre anvelopa si tubul amortizorului... Acolo e problema, de obicei.

Asa e dar vreau totusi anvelope cat mai inguste pentru rotile de iarna , asa ca sper sa nu fi facut un compromis major ; Oricum , la Brasov va incepe in curand city off road-ul de sase luni , deci va fi interesant !

Din cate stiam eu anvelopele inguste se folosesc ca sa "sape" cat mai repede in noroi, zapada afanata, nisip, etc., ca sa ajunga cat mai repede la terenul solid de dedesubt si sa capete astfel aderenta.
Nu cred ca e cazul zapezii compacte sau a ghetii...
Cauciucul nu adera la zapada. Zapada adera la zapada. De aceea anvelopele de iarna sunt concepute in asa fel incat sa retina o mica cantitate de zapada, pentru ca aceasta sa se comporte ca un fel de lipici.
O anvelopa lata e mai utila pe teren solid precum zapada compacta, gheata, etc., deoarece ofera o suprafata mai mare de contact, mai ales in cazul franarii.
Oricum, e o intreaga dezbatere pe aceasta tema.
Unii zic ca un cauciuc mai ingust va oferi o zona de contact mai mica, pentru aceeasi greutate, deci o presiune mai mare. Si, de la fizica stim ca, presiunea conteaza in cazul frecarii.

Vreau sa va spun ca sunt f multumit acum dupa zapada de alegerea facuta(bridgestone). Dupa zapezile astea va pot spune ca nu am nici o problema, te opresti foarte repede si daca ai de urcat sau coborat pante cu zapada f abrupte functioneaza excelent.

Am reusit printr-un noroc nesperat sa gasesc un set de BF Winter Slalom fara sens...excelente pe tate suprafetele. Recomand cu caldura la frig ! Laughing Small roadrunner...
