after hiring a de humidifier alternate between full heat and full cold as you drive, this will evaporate the water when on hot then dry the air when on cold.

thanks guys, went a 5 hour drive yesterday and seems to be drying out nicely.

it's an Amcor TC100 dehumidifier and looking it up on the internet it doesn't work well below 4 degrees centigrade.

Yes, but after it has been switched on in a closed car for more than a few minutes it will be well above 4 degrees, so will work well.

you could be right nicam, had it on for about 6 hours today but no water in the plastic container. maybe it's near enough dried out................. Iain |
