It won't be just Chesterfield because it says 'The initiative is aimed at reducing the number of thefts of and from 4x4s across north Derbyshire.' I live on 'C' Division section but it's Amber Valley area which used to be 'A' Division before it was put to the sword thanks to the budget cuts
