Nothing ! if you get a voucher from a main dealer, they gave us one when we bought the (used) car a few months back. best part was the voucher entitled me to " up to 3 people" so we got the instructor and 2011 HSE Freelander to ourselves. The price for the 4 hour " experience " if you buy it is £195 per person I believe , and you might end up sharing the car so it's a pricey thing.

Our local dealer Farnell Bradford did a winter check for £15 and you got a 'free' half day voucher |

Sole use of a Freelander 2 is about £250 + VAT for you and 2 guests if you pay full price. You can also use Tesco Vouchers. Always worth calling LR Customer Services and saying you're interested in buying a Freelander and any chance of a half day experience. Some dealers are offering half days if you do a test drive. |

I've done two half days at Peckforton, 1st in a Freelander, won on YouTube. 2nd in a Disco 4, again free from Conway Landorver won on Twitter. On both occasions I was very impressed with the vehicles, the site and the staff.

They had two Evoques there when we went, Silver for the mud, and purple/blue for the road they look nice close up, shame a) I can't justify buying one, cash b) the tax as a company car works out twice my present motor,

Snowdonia has closed as an Experience Centre although I believe the tracks are still used by Cheshire for more advanced off road courses. I also understand most of the instructors moved to Cheshire. |
