yes that the chap, our local nutter called Grisworth, he has been blamed for Sgt Speeds murder ever since he shot himself.

Grisworth was the mechanic of the gang and used to tune up the get away cars, they had stashes of guns buried out in the woods, took the police ages to find them all At work

You want this torch, check out the 'crenelations' for added protective capability.

Bit pricey though.

CG - I've no desire to divert attention from Yorkshire's fascinating improbity Shocked , however in the interest of accuracy:

julytourist - in early November I did post that her Ladyship's catalogue of AFS xenon headlamp failures had been resolved (hopefully for all time). Thankfully the fix did not included the "Blue Peter" kit you generously suggested, or, the need to adopt a man with a red flag to walk in front of her FL2 every time she encountered a bend in the road. Oddly the police rang me at 11:30 last night with news of his prosecution , (that didnt matter I was up anyway it being new years).

Basically the guy isn't being directly charged with assaulting me, but has been ordered to stay in jail and complete his original sentence. Cool 12months for him and this will NOT be shortened or paroled , He has to complete the full term.

It turns out that just being in the pub and drunk was a violation of his parole and that on its own would have put him back inside , had anyone checked Rolling Eyes

Happy new year to all Thumbs Up At work

Glad he's back inside but the b Censored D should have been charged with assault and given another term in jail. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.

English by birth..... Yorkshire by the grace of God.

so numpties out of jail now and spent last sunday drinking , he was with a local lad who works for a builder and has the works van.

7:30 monday morning a local farmer gets a knock on the door , numpty was there stinking of booze, err Ive got a van stuck in your field, I thought it would be funny to 'hide' all that game keeping equipment away from the keeper. anyway the vans stuck in your field, and erm I then 'borrowed' a tractor from another farm at 3am and got that stuck too.

The police were on the scene in 10 minutes Laughing

breach of licence for drinking
drink driving
driving without a license
vehicle theft x 2
attempted property theft, he didnt even unload the goods from the van after getting it stuck.

You couldnt make it up, and the field in question doesnt even belong to the farmer he confessed too.

no doubt the law will hammer down on him and put him inside for a day maybe two, if the probation officer is in a bad mood At work
