We have just had new windows/doors installed (Planitherm glass) and from the outside there is a slight ripple effect, but don't see it/notice it when looking outside - it's mainly visible when there is a shadow or sun on the glass.

Recently had new DG fitted all round, none of ours has any distortion/rippling in the glass.

Ditto, had our wooden windows replaced this summer with new DG. Not a ripple present and definitely not on the toughened glass patio door. |
