I suspect that you are not alone however, it depends on how the dealer responds to your complaint and what you seek as a resolution.

If you remain unsatisfied having raised your concearns with the dealer, you should discuss the details of your experience with a local Trading Standards Officer.
They will deal with the complaint but, it is for them to decide wether they believe the dealer is in breach of the regulations and if he is, what action they will take if any.

Thanks to AD210358 and RJS - I will see what reply I get to my current letter to the Dealer Principal and then consider further if necessary. 2010 HSE TD4 auto, Biscay Blue, Almond Leather, facelift front and rear, detachable towbar, front & rear mudflaps, bib spoilers, clear high level brake light, smooth rear wiper, colour coded door handles.

Visually check that service history is up to date. Some dealers "forget" to fill it in.
