I suspect that you are not alone however, it depends on how the dealer responds to your complaint and what you seek as a resolution.
If you remain unsatisfied having raised your concearns with the dealer, you should discuss the details of your experience with a local Trading Standards Officer.
They will deal with the complaint but, it is for them to decide wether they believe the dealer is in breach of the regulations and if he is, what action they will take if any.
