I'm hopeful that bangs weren't damaging. I've had a look and can't see anything - maybe they sound worse than they are.

I think you are right, it's so hushed in the cabin that any noise on the underside is greatly amplified. Well done to you all for what looked like a great day, I shall keep my eye on the next one with a mind to coming along.

Was there a wash down place to get the mud off before you all hit the road Question

No but surprisingly enough I think only one car had to clean their lights and numberplates.

Due to the weather turning wet on us most of the mud on the underside of my car washed off
on the way home and it is going into the local hand car wash tomorrow to rmove the rest of the crud.

As my previous post watch this space in the New Year for a possible second meet.

I was going to put some music on, but my wife laughing and enjoying herself is too good to waste. On my other videos you can see why I bought my car in the first place - for towing my boat.

Fantastic video Russel, so have forwarded the link to the Landcraft MD.

Cheers,

Bill.

Great video Ru88ell, thanks for posting. Bill, thanks for arranging an amazing day out, Thumbs Up everyone had a great time as far as I'm aware, even my Mrs loved it, despite her giving me grief all the way down about having to get up at 5.30. Good to meet you all at long last, looking forward to the next trip to Bala already.
Took me over 2 hours to get my FL2 sparkling again, (brought plenty of the forest home with me) and went to check the oil and water later and found someone had poured a few gallon of beige paint in there Big Cry (back out with the Karcher)

Apparently not, you have a towball and can bring a bowser, I have a portable genny and a power washer, Toeknee could bring his Arsenal and all will be well. Laughing

Looked like a great trip and I look forward to the dates for he next one too Thumbs Up

I had to lure Nicky with a pub lunch in Llangollen on the way up on Friday, and a beautiful B&B in Frongoch. We made a proper do of it - and it was worth every penny. So much so that today has felt like a Bank Holiday after a weekend away, let alone a day.

Well everybody seemed to enjoy themselves and I now have the dates for next years Landcraft events so will put up a poll early in the New Year to see if anyone wants to do it again? (6 hours of off road cannot be bad for £50.00) but it will have to fit round my rallying and Cheshire County Show commitments.

Cheers,

Bill.

Hi All,

Following on from the above did anybody clock how many miles we covered in the 6 hours?
