didnt peugeot do this many years ago? My mate had it on his Peugeot 306 (im going back to 1999 now and it was about 3 years old when he had it) It was a pain the arse!!! Put the key in and type in a 4 digit PIN code on the centre console..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |

My parents had a box to enter a pin code to start his Saxo, why I have no idea, but after a few months it was easier to work out the code as four of the buttons became polished and well used and the rest as new. |

I'm told (by a coach driver) that the top coach models now have weight recognition built into the seats - if it detects the wrong weight it won't start. Don't know how it would cope with a greasy spoon breakfast. Could be he was just pulling my lower limb though. |

A surgeon customer who brought his car to garage for repairs after theft/vandalism. stolen radio etc made this comment when we spoke about the chopping off of hands in some countries
