Look at your radio display or if you have a later model look at your LCD display in the instruments. 09 FL2 HSE auto Lago Grey

Yeah, it wasn't until later models that a clock appeared in the 'information' display between the dials. |

I notice that the Satnav screen clock synchronises with the radio clock on my 07 SE. However, I think it's a very poor show that the radio clock has to be set manually and appears not to be set and updated by RDS on a so-called premium radio! |

I have the Sat Nav and radio clock, I am curious to know if anybody's gains time over a period of weeks, every so often I have to reset mine to the correct time via the radio as it has gained 5 minutes or more, I agree with pressureman the time should be automatically updated via RDS. What if there were no hypothetical situations? |

The clock on the main display gets its data from the radio so if you remove the radio and don't put in a unit that sends it to the dash, you'll loose the clock.
