Depends if you ask nicely

OMG!

Hi Everybody,

Just to keep you informed the situation is as follows.

17 people expressed an interest in the event but 2 have since withdrawn for personal reasons.

I have received email addresses and contact phone numbers from 13 but await details and
preferred dates from Ru88el and King Foo Panda.

Whittler and Landy19840 have sent me their details but no dates.

The most popular date is Saturday 29th October so I am proposing to go with this.

I will now give all of you who have sent me dates until Sunday 21st August to reply with
a definite YES or NO for 29/10/11 and for those who have not sent details and/or date the same applies.

If I do not get a YES from at least 10 by this time I will “Pull the Plug” as organising this is getting to be like
catching smoke and is taking up far to much of my time as I also have another life.

I hope I have not offended anybody with this stance but as my wife suffers from Parkinson's I cannot justify the
time involved.

And the 29th October is great as it's the last weekend of the kids half term, we can make a long weekend of it in North Wales

Bill - as stated in my PM 4th August re this event the 15th was our only opportunity - unfortunately we will not be in UK on the 29th so sorry, unable to attend.

I wish everyone taking part a very enjoyable day off road in Wales on the 29th and I trust that you will all thank Bill for the huge effort he's made in making this possible.

Hi All,,

We have 12 forum members including myself who have expressed a firm interest in this event and I have just spoken to the MD of Landcraft to obtain payment methods.
Details which will be sent out to you all tomorrow (25.08.11) after I have sent your details to Landcraft so they know who they are dealing with.

Can also reveal that we may have a Range Rover Evoque with us for you to inspect.

Emails with further info to be sent out tomorrow.
