If they do, they are a fine bunch of people and I recommend them to all my friends, what a range of vehicles, so well designed and built with such care.

Give it its due - Landyzone is brilliant for people with 20-year old vehicles (and leaking sunroofs). Not a lot of interest there in recent vehicles though, so LR wouldn't be interested, and to see anything on FR2 you have to trawl through all the posts about blown head gaskets and doors falling off. At least it doesn't have threads on which polish to use... |

if L/r do read the Forum why dont they offer to intervene when some people are experinceing chronic issues ! ? is this because they dont have the balls or experince in customer service or the fact that the product is poor and they cant improve it !

If manufacturer's became known for intervening only when customers' problems (both real and imagined) became aired on websites, they could be making the situation worse as a few disgruntled owners became aware that filling websites with bad PR might get results they couldn't otherwise achieve.

You're right to correct me there chicken george; green isn't chosen for rational reasons, it's purely down to having good taste |

Well If landrover read and see that they are being slagged off then then they should begin to wonder why, it only takes half a brain cell t. :to work out theres something wrong.
