I got one of these (suggested on another thread) and it works fine.

Very good service too, when the original didn't arrive after several weeks a replacement was sent without question. Typically, both then turned up within days of each other.

It's really simple get a 3.5mm to 3.5mm lead, plug one end into the headphone output on your iphone or ipod plug the other end into the 3.5mm socket on the centre consul of your freelander, (the socket next to the back of the 2 cigar lighter sockets on the centre consol) turn on the radio press the cd/aux button till it come on as aux turn up the volume and listen to the music FL2 HSE Sumatra black with body kit

Hi k_c

I agree that both the previous recommendations will meet your requirements, but for me the Kensington LiquidAUX Auxiliary Car Kit with Remote for iPod; iPhone 1G, 3G ( bought on Amazon ) was a better solution because the remote control allows me to change tracks etc while leaving the ipod permanently connected but out of sight.
The remote control comes in a holder that can be attached to the steering wheel or as I have done removed from the holder and attached discreetly to the dash with double sided tape.
Hope this is helpful. Smile

I have the Kensington Liquid Aux also. Fantastic, and as a sound engineer I should point out that it takes the audio signal from the line out on the mutipin dock connector which is noticeably better than using the headphone socket. Fuji White MY13 SD4 Dynamic
