It's really simple get a 3.5mm to 3.5mm lead, plug one end into the headphone output on your iphone or ipod plug the other end into the 3.5mm socket on the centre consul of your freelander, (the socket next to the back of the 2 cigar lighter sockets on the centre consol) turn on the radio press the cd/aux button till it come on as aux turn up the volume and listen to the music FL2 HSE Sumatra black with body kit |

I have the Kensington Liquid Aux also. Fantastic, and as a sound engineer I should point out that it takes the audio signal from the line out on the mutipin dock connector which is noticeably better than using the headphone socket. Fuji White MY13 SD4 Dynamic
