Replaced front discs with the pads on the front as the discs seem to wear quite a bit, although I let pads get down to about 2mm. First set of pads/discs on front lasted 40,000 miles. Rear pads replaced at 40,000 miles as well, but left discs as seemed okay.

look on the outer edge of the discs. arround the edge you should see the run out groves, these are the max limmit of wear and should be changed. |

Yes, these are exactly the figures that workshop manual states. I will add, just for 3.2L gasoline version, Rear disks new: 20mm, min: 18mm. Thanks for posting the info. |
