I think yours must be in more of a state than ours when we painted it. We just swept, they don't need to be prepared as much as say your house walls.

Not sure if level tbh, but doesn't seem to be a drain hole at the back, there's a door to the rear at the side but thats raised, to the front I have sealed it with a 6x2 piece of wood to prevent water running in as the grate at front can't handle torrential down pours

Following your OP - I'd sweep as much as you can and then I'd PVA the floor to seal in any 'cr |

If you keep it to a few mm it will be completely dry within 24 hours (even sooner in hot weather) Best of luck |

If you can get most of the water out put a couple of dehumidifiers in there. |

Pour brick acid over the floor, rinse well then use the leaf blower to blast the last bits of water out of the garage, keep the spare brick acid, some people like to use it as an alloy wheel cleaner |
